These terms govern your use of My Important Dates. By creating an account, you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us before you rely on it.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, since doing so involves storing payment and billing information.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide — including the addresses of people you're sending gifts to. We can't deliver a gift correctly to an address that wasn't entered correctly, and we're not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information you provided.
My Important Dates lets you log important dates, schedule reminders, and — for supported gift categories — arrange for a real gift to be ordered and delivered on your behalf, fulfilled through third-party partners (currently a florist partner for flowers, and Goody for other gift categories).
For gifts with real fulfillment, payment isn't collected at the moment you schedule something — it's collected close to the actual delivery date, once we've confirmed the order can actually be fulfilled. You'll be shown the full price, including any delivery fee and tax, before you're charged. Pricing and product availability are set by our fulfillment partners and can change between when you first schedule a gift and when it's actually ordered.
You can cancel a scheduled gift any time before it's actually been ordered, at no charge. Once an order has been placed with a fulfillment partner, cancellation and refund availability depends on that partner's own policies — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
We coordinate scheduling and ordering, but actual delivery is carried out by our fulfillment partners. We can't guarantee exact delivery times, and delays, substitutions, or delivery issues are ultimately subject to those partners' own capabilities and service areas.
Use the service for its intended purpose — scheduling genuine gifts and reminders for real people you know. Don't use it to harass anyone, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with how the site or its partner integrations work.
Parts of this service rely on third parties — payment processing, florist and gift fulfillment, and messaging providers. We select these partners carefully, but we don't control their operations, and we're not liable for their errors, delays, or service interruptions beyond working in good faith to help resolve issues that come up.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues with third-party fulfillment that are outside our direct control. Nothing here limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
